Akula, you forgot to mention that the main fleet colony is just days away from completing tier 5, which means all holdings will be fully upgraded 😀

I’m no expert, but one thing I found repeatedly on the net was not to mix beams and cannons/turrets. The skills needed for one are useless for the other. Also, your Hur’q beacon works even if kept in your inventory, freeing up a device slot on your ship for batteries or subspace field modulator.

They are sort of do it all ships, have a mixture of characteristics of cruisers, escorts and science ships

An option you could consider is saving up and getting the lifetime subscription when its on sale. That will give you a lot of benefits like a T5U and T6 ship per character, inventory and bank slots, increase to EC caps etc, plus 500 zen per month. That along with dilithium farming to earn more zen, will probably work out in the long run.

Forum ribbons are added automatically for the type of captain, fleet status and so on I guess. What about the others, for accolades etc? Do they need some sort of separate application?

Somehow I’m glad that we still have new things to discover about the game 🙂
And yes, the Jem’hadar ships do look like bugs, I remember thinking the same when I first played startrek armada. I think bugships is the slang for them within the universe 😛
