Wow, there is always something new I discover in STO. Going to disable it now as there will be a lot of spam messages about new lockbox next week.
Thanks Shaw.
In order to get better doffs, look for Asylum or Sanctuary doff missions which requires Refugee as input. After it’s completed, depending on Refugee quality, its traits and your luck – you get Doff as reward if missions was successful. There is a chance for Very Rare doff on critical success.
Also, in Beta Ursae, Alpha Trianguli and Zeta Andromedae sectors you can find Officer Exchange Program doff missions that are available after completing diplomacy chain (can’t remember the name). This will require non-civilian doff as input which is also lost like refugee after missions is completed. Depending on your success, you will get doff as reward.
When you see those doff missions available, either use uncommon non-civilian doffs for Officer Exchange Program or white Refugee for Asylum missions. If you don’t have required doff, buy them from the exchange – average price is 30k EC.
If you have an idea in which way Tactical Division could operate in current 44th Fleet, which is more casual so those messages and reports probably wouldn’t be needed, you could coordinate it. That could be executed through daily/weekly/monthly PvE events, etc. Play a little and try to see how it could work. I would like to help if you will be interested.
Launch will probably be chaotic with few emergency patches so you will at least play in more stable environment when you come back. Enjoy the vacation : )
Yeah, I realized [Acc] was not that useful in PvE too late. So if it comes to next round of buying weapons, I’ll change the gear I have. But if some npc enemies will start coming with bonus to defense than it may be useful to have it with me, although I still won’t benefit from it fully as I’m FaWing all the time. *Looks at Beam:Overload* – I think I should discover this power again, after the changes some interesting builds can be made. With that said, FaW is still amazing as I can concentrate on healing and have a better view of the battle while it is active + it still kills.
That Park&Shoot punishment is interesting choice, I like it.
Hey Stone, good to hear her recovery is going well. See you soon – those guys from Delta quadrant won’t be wiped out by themselves.
LL&P
Sounds like a great idea and I fully support it – I’d like to be in those teams. So there will be some new maps that will require 20 participants?
This alliance could bring some interesting events in the future.
Already joined the channel and I’ll set up my teamspeak.
🙁
Hope we will have bigger interest for Delta Rising contest if it is still scheduled. Thanks Marcase for trying.

I guess most of the fleet doesn’t bother with the forums, sadly.
Maybe we can put a link to our forum as a “Message of the Day” to raise the awareness? Some members probably don’t have it bookmarked for easier access.
Sorry about that 🙂
Can you send a message to @Marcase or @rdm1958 as they had trouble inviting you to the fleet. They will be able to find you this way.
Congrats to all that got promoted!
Latinumbar has moderator rights to do it. And maybe Marcase and Sargon too so they have to move a lot of threads, hehe. I can offer them help if they need it.
You are right, I didn’t mentioned Defera Hard missions. Those are highly recommended to get fleet marks as we do it really quickly in team.

So let us know when you want to do some PvE missions, we will be more than happy to help out. You can type it into chat channel Defcon mentioned above or join us when someone is already trying to assemble a group. So yeah, I’d like to join you when you will be exploring those Battlezones.
Also, if you get more than 110.000 XP in each Duty Officer branch, you can do File Commendation Report mission at our fleet Starbase that gives you 75 or 100
after waiting for 8 hours for it to be completed.Info
If you have surplus of items that could be converted into fleet credits, you can ask those with rank of Captain, Vice Admiral and Admiral to open any project that fits your needs. For example, you have 100 common white civilians – ask for project that will eat them.Notice that there is a special project that you can ask for, where you can get rid off 2000 Fleet Marks. Although you get 50% less Fleet Credits this way, it is still valuable way of getting FM. Cooldown for that one is 5 minutes so it can be repeated multiple times.
: )
Hello Jonathon,
So what were those divisions doing back than? I’m not familiar with that. What was commander of Tactical division doing for example?
Developers have done a great things by rising the quality of all parts of the game. They constantly work on making existing content better and every few months new features are brought to us. So let them feed our addiction with more and more ST magic they have for us!
Good to have you back. I’m always ready for some teaming so see you in-game.
It is great to see old members of the 44th Fleet returning, see you in game.
His in-game handle is @logamac1, confirmed by pm.
