My main income of EC is selling Rare and Very Rare doffs. You can find more info here on how to get those doffs. There are also some Foundry missions that can get you 200k-400k in 5 minutes. Tarikla told me the name of that mission today but I forgotten what it was. It is in top 10 so I’ll check when I come online again.Dilithium
Here is great dilithium guide that shows missions that last 5min on average and reward at least 480 dil. If you like doffing, turning in contraband is a great way to get your daily dil. Kdf faction has access to contraband doff missions so you can get a lot of contrabands really quickly. You can transfer them to your alts if you have account bound or via mail.Lobi Crystal
You can get it from Lockboxes which will reward minimum 4 lobi per opened box. Other way is to wait for Lobi event. “… players who complete one Feature Episode per day will earn 15 Lobi Crystals (limit once per day, per account).”Dilithium Exchange
You use it to convert your Dilithium to ZEN and vice versa. It is economy fully controlled by supply/demand of players. As you are lifetime member, you can for example convert those 500 ZEN monthly stipend to Dilithium. Also, great for those that don’t won’t to spend real money but would like to buy stuff at the C-Store.With all 9 cats you need to have full Caitian/Ferasan crew in order to get special set bonus. Hope this expands STO player-base with Hello Kitty Online members. 😀

Was thinking.. As DR goes live, everyone will want to try out new content so I don’t think there would be interest for ground PvP. We can do that some other time.

You can’t loose rank in fleet if you spend those 50k FC so don’t worry.
If I will be online you can count on me to be part of that regular group. Write it in chat when you are up for some PvE. Although we will be going for Delta marks, “X for ISE” is always welcomed! 🙂
There are so much things happening in Delta that I don’t know what to do first! I’m happy to see story episodes being released as I know they will be of high quality and amazing as recent ones were. Not to mention I will meet Voyager crew!
Glad that Kobali world is adventure zone and not battle zone as it will probably go toward more story which I prefer. This will take more casual approach where I can do what I did on New Romulus – explore a little and try to find those hidden accolades. When I get tired of this, I will jump into battle easily, war is on every corner here + we already have ground battlezone to cover all my thirst for blood,hehe.
Approach Sargon and Jalif mentioned is something I wish to do too. After seeing Positive Feedback Loop trait that boosts exotic damage, I realized there are so much powers,traits,consoles that can make a science heavy build competitive and most importantly more fun than repetitive spacebar hitting. I will do this for my FED character and will probably start with Wells that I bought long time ago but didn’t used it much.
My KDF Tac character will still have aux2bat dhc build, nothing will be changed there but I’ll probably consider giving him either Kazon ship because that is the only ship that won’t be assimilated so I have tactical advantage! Just kidding, if price won’t be too expensive I’d like to try it out because it suits to my Klingon/Nausicaan crew theme.Could use it for less difficult content. Hazari lobi ship looks great! and would be other (more expensive) option for this character that would probably be better for Elite PvE.
ROM captain will get Upgrade token for his Ar’Kif and fly it until DR Pack comes to C-Store. At that moment everything changes if I manage to keep the ZEN,hehe.
Like with previous reputation, I’ll first complete it with only one character (FED) and than buy sponsorship tokens for other two.
And most importantly, I’m excited that we can have Talaxian Intel boff, I’ll probably get it on Fed side but have to see which profession to choose as lobi purchases have to be planned carefully. Want to keep my crew morale high! : )

Thanks for saying it, I’m totally noob when it comes to hardware and those components so those advices are like a gold to me. It is good to know that change of only one component won’t be enough, somehow I had in mind that new Graphic card will be enough. Currently I’m not prepared for big investments but I can slowly direct my budget toward it if I make a financial plan for future times.

Those Very Rare materials are needed to craft Tech upgrade kits. BUT, you can also buy them at the exchange or get them as a drop in elite STF (haven’t tried normal) if you have luck with “need”. Other than that, you can ask someone from fleet to craft it for you for some compensation.
Tech upgrades are needed to upgrade your items but as I haven’t upgraded anything so far, I can’t tell if Very Rare materials are needed only for Superior Tech upgrade or lower value ones require it too.

You can get Very Rare materials only on Elite difficulty (with DR you can get it on Advanced and Elite). Common, Uncommon and Rare can be acquired through some doff missions (Academy one that cost 1000dilithium + those named something like Investigate Ruin) and scanning Harvest Nodes (Anomalies) that can be find both in space and ground. I haven’t been scanning those anomalies so can’t confirm if rare ones drop but I think they should. Last option is R&D pack from C-Store.
I’m using ATI Radeon™ HD 5570 that was released almost 5 years ago so I was thinking of buying new one for DR and this GTX 750Ti sounds very interesting. Settings I run are low/medium if I want everything to go smoothly. Looks like time has come for some high quality gaming.. Anyone know if it is important to change my processor (which is also 5 years old) when I buy a new Graphic card? I think motherboard isn’t that necessary to change as I think it has all sockets needed to support those new cards.

Although those can be bought from exchange, it is much cheaper if you craft it for yourself. Prices may drop in future – we will see. But whole R&D system is optional so it is up to you.
