Only have the one character, I am still debating starting over, and making a new character from scratch to re-learn it all from the ground up (let me know if good idea or bad idea, haha).
This is a pretty good idea, but when you “start over”, hang on to your old character. Having multiple characters can be quite handy. Maybe also make your new character different. Try a KDF, perhaps (mainline KDF, not jem or rom): when you get it to level cap, you unlock cross-faction flying account-wide.

Jim appears to already be in a fleet. The 44th doesn’t allow multifleeting. Please leave his fleet and let us know so he can be invited to the 44th.
If you’re reluctant to do so, we can offer you your 2 week trial period. If, by the end of that 2 weeks you decide you want to be “all in” with the 44th, then awesome! We’d be happy to have you! If you still haven’t moved Jim by that point, we’ll wish you all the best and part ways.
so…was your listed age a typo as well? if you’re 25, then you were aged 8-14 during your time in the service :X
Just a minor note: the 44th is big enough and established enough that we don’t NEED donations. We have 4 Fed fleets and 1 KDF fleet with fully upgraded holdings. We’re not desperate for more, but we do try to keep holdings projects running to give members the opportunity to earn fleet credits.
As mentioned in the rules, we do all of our promotions based upon time spent in the fleet. 2 weeks after you join, you get promoted to Lieutenant, and get full access to fleet stores. 4 weeks after that (so 6 weeks after you join), you get promoted to Commander, and earn the ability to place characters into any of our fleets up to our character limits.
I’m going to accept you here in a moment, I just wanted you to be aware that gaining access to fleet gear doesn’t come instantly 🙂 . Assuming you’re OK with that, great! Invites are out for Harrington and K’veetha.
Asulin, Vixeh, Q’plah, and Sotuma all return “player not found” errors. This can be caused if you haven’t logged those characters on in the past couple of weeks.
If you want them in the fleet as well, log them on and let me (or another Admiral) know so they can be invited.

I tried to send an invite, but it seems you’re not accepting fleet invitations.
To enable receiving fleet invitations, open your social window (“o” or the button on the right side of your minimap), and click the “Privacy” button in the bottom right corner. Make sure the bottom option on the list, “Allow Fleet Invitations” is set to “On”.
Let us know here, on our Discord server (invite link is at the top of the page here), or in our custom ingame chat channel (instructions on how to join it are in the post above this one) when you’ve got that setting changed so we can invite you!

you have it backwards. character name first, account name after. so it seems to be Frank@polar#5348 . I’ll edit your application to correct that.
I tried to invite you to the 44th today, but I got an error saying that you’re already in a fleet. To receive an invite, you have to not currently be in a fleet. If you still want to join the 44th, please leave your current fleet and let us know here, in our Discord (invite link is at the top of the page), or in our custom ingame chat channel (instructions to join are in the welcome post above). If you’ve decided to go a different way, we wish you the best both ingame and out.
Oh, also! You only gave us C’Nera’s name. If that other character you mentioned (or any others you didn’t) need homes, please tell us their names and we’ll do our best to find room for them!
As mentioned in my previous post, we’ve got 8 total fleets now (6 fed and 2 KDF), so we should have space (heh) somewhere.
Also, we don’t require project contributions. We have 1 KDF fleet (2 total) and 3 FED fleets (6 total) that have maxed out holdings. Promotions are based entirely upon time in the fleet (as you no doubt read in the rules); 2 weeks after joining, you get promoted to LT and get access to fleet stores, 6 weeks after joining you get promoted to CMDR and get the privilege of putting characters into any of our fleets, up to our character limits. fleet projects are there so you (and the rest of our members) can earn fleet credits, not because we need or are in a special rush to get the results of those projects 🙂 .
