- Why join the Mighty 44th? I recently got back into the game after a few years. I stumbled on your website while looking for some tips. I really love how organized the Fleet appears to be. I am a very casual player and it really sounds like the 44th will match my playstyle.
- Tell us about yourself: I am a PC gamer and have played more MMOs than I can list. I am also a huge Star Trek fan, having watched every series and movie. STO is a game that I continue to come back to for that reason.
I am currently playing two main characters. A lvl 50 Fed Engineer (Jadis) that I play when I solo. I also have a lvl 43 Fed Tactical (Iliana) that I play with my 16 year old son and his Science Officer.

Thanks for applying to the mighty 44th! You will receive your in-game invite next time you log in.
Join our 44th chat channel “44th-diplo” by typing the following into the chat window: /channel_join 44th-diplo.
This is used to communicate with our 44th Fleet, 44th Delta, 44th Gamma and our 44th Assault Squadron (KDF) – we don’t use the in-game fleet channel. We are four fleets acting as one.
As a new 44th Fleet Ensign, you will be stationed for 6 weeks in the 44th Gamma Fleet (KDF’s go directly to our 44th Assault Sqn). For a promotion to Lieutenant and fleet store unlock, you just need to meet 2 requirements:
1) Must have either logged into the game or posted on our 44th forum at least once during the review period of 2 weeks (which starts today);
2) Must be in good standing with the fleet.The fleet rank of Commander can be reached after 6 weeks, after which you can move up to 2 alts to 44th main fleet and/or 3 alts to 44th Delta. Promotion schedules can be viewed on our Trello board, with dates marked on the calendar.

Thanks again for the invite! I split time equally between two main characters, one I play solo and one that I play with my son. Is it possible to recruit the alt into 44th Gamma Fleet as well, or any alts only allowed once I reach the rank of Lt. or above?

I have invited both characters you mentioned in your application – if you have more alts, let me know and I’ll send them invite too. There are no rank requirements to have your alts in 44th. There are only limitations on how many of them you can move to 44th Fleet/44th Delta Fleet once you reach Commander rank.
