Sorry to hijack your thread, but I’d rather piggyback off the same topic then make a new one.

As with all 44th forum ribbons, this golden 15K ribbon is solely for bragging rights as none of them have any true value in the sense of rank or privilige. Basically it’s an easy way for us all to see which year a fleetie joined and if they have alts in both Fed and KDF fleets etc. For us Admins this is useful whenever a fleet-member returns after an hiatus.
There are some unique ones for attending fun fleet events but other than the Veteran Ribbon, which is an appreciation for those that served, and the green Strategy Mastermind forum-ribbons are just purely cosmetic.They are listed on top under Forums/Forum Ribbons, and you can click each one to see their meaning and who else earned it.

And you definitely didn’t hijack the thread. There was a thread for accolades a while back but I couldn’t seem to find it.
