- Why join the Mighty 44th? I just saw a reddit post today for your fleet offering to add a long time player looking for a new fleet. Between the post and your website, this seems like a nice group to be a part of. I’d like to be part of a fleet that’s organized without a lot of resource, time, and engagement rules. My days of playing like that are behind me. I’m just looking for good conversations and good people to play with.
- Tell us about yourself: I’m a life long Star Trek fan and have played STO since beta. I had to take a couple years off, but I have been a near daily player again for 2 years now. Ironically, I’m on more Monday through Friday than I am on the weekends because that’s generally family time. I can usually be on for an hour or two early in the mornings on Saturdays and Sundays. Right now, I’m mostly focused on finishing up my KDF and Delta recruits, but if anyone wants me to join in a TFO or mission, my main (Hazard) is ready to go!

Repeated attempts to invite Gates and Starlion returned error messages, but the rest went successfully as far as I can tell.
Thanks all! I have a bit of an alt problem lol. The recent KDF and Delta events didn’t help. So I have those 4 recruits, my original Fed, KDF, and Rom characters, and then a bunch of theme alts (Santa, Futurama, Rick and Morty, Thundercats, Community, Justice League, and Brainiac). I’d like to say I’m done, but I probably need to scrap Gates and change him to a Discovery era alt since I don’t have one and he’s supposed to be from that timeframe. Then there’s the Temporal and Gamma events rumored to be coming around that I wasn’t around for during their first runs, so that’s 2 more. I’m sure after that I’ll be able to finally rest.
Unless they come out with another recruit event lol.
