This was just quick screenshot run, there are some more stuff and everything is subject to change.
Hopefully some of those graphics are placeholders. Looking at the doffs they are clearly wearing 25c uniforms and the Tellarite isn’t a TOS one. I hope they put some effort into this rather than just sliding it out. If not I feel another break coming on.
+Hull penetration for starship weapons, not just energy weapons. Yikes.
Those Inspirational Doffs, are those limited to one in your active roster ? If I have to guess I’d say yes, because that would be a serious stacking bonus.

"Boldly bashing Borg to bits since 2012..."The pen is okay, but not nearly as good as locators and plasma generating consoles. You’re still going to use eng slots for universal console dumping grounds.
You can only equip one inspiration crewman, so it’s kinda meh, especially since you’re likely cycling maybe 1-2 boff powers since they’re station rank specific. It works out to being about +1 to all skills… it’s underwhelming.
I’m most interested in the enhanced traits. What level does the station have to be to unlock them?
I was a bit underwhelmed by the presentation but todays news seems more encouraging; Dare to dream of new life and exploration? Looks like we find out in late October.
