Recently an admin has released and announcement on the Arc forums regarding a bug fix that caused a new bug. The fix was for the rubber banding that was plaguing players. However this fix broke T6 reps and invalidated player skills.

The long and short, Don’t claim T6 reps until the all clear is given lest you risk having your skills invalidated and the long talk with Cryptic and or Arc that will follow.
