Cross, our fearless fleetie, once again got the Tier One flu and cajoled, threatened, dared and/or bribed the 44th to dust-off the Tier One starter-ships and go head-to-head with Advanced level baddies in our T1 Connie’s and Miranda’s.
After a fairly easy Infected Space Normal warm-up we proceeded to Beta Thoridor to face an Advanced level Klingon strike force.
Needless to say, it got messy. But we won !These runs really are fun, since with limited weapons, no sci wizardry or any serious Engineering heals we had to rely on Teamwork, Tactics, and Terror (ours!) to defeat the Klingon onslaught.

Poo pants! Same 😀 . I love playing fleet games where everyone’s ships are as anti-tricked out as mine and I really like that sweet new skin on the Miranda.
haha nice. In a sense I agree with horrid’s statement about anti-tricked ships. Always been a wish of mine that the game was a little more pure, kinda like the earlier days, and less MMOish on all the bells and whistles.
