Not quite the same shot, but I finally found it after checking all *redacted*!  For some reason kept blocking me from getting closer to get the shot you did.

If you approach this particular spot just right, you complete 1/4 of the Four Towers accolade of the Solanae Dyson Sphere Exploration Accolade.
