Exchange, but very expensive. Not aware of the rate right now, but 7 mil ec minimum.

Cheaper, not really. But you can buy them on the exchange for EC. I’m not aware of the price currently, but it usually keeps pace with the value of dilithium. You may get lucky and swipe one for cheap though (I’ve posted 10 keys for 2 million EC on accident lol).
