What, if anything, are we going to do about Bodgeup suggestion? People are hitting commander rather quickly and after that there’s realy nowhere to go. Not that everyone can be a captain either.
Hey guys I just wanted to see what you thought of a subject i was talking about with Latinumbar?
I asked couldn’t we continue the ranks for 44th members but for Fleet use only? As lat said the game only goes to Commander for fleet ranks but personally id like it if we could achieve higher ranks even if it was fleet use only? You have the avatar images to do it!
Im sure others would like the idea, i know id love to be a fleet Captain! All u would need to do is list the ranks in the monthly promotions post but list section that stated fleet ranks only. It would allow members to see who is a longer term member than who, at the mom once we get to CMNDR it stops so even if someone has been it 44th for a year they seem the same as members that have been here for 6 months. With fleet ranks we could see the difference, plus i think it would make members want to stay an active member longer so they can keep ranking up! Its like an added achievement we can aim for.

You don’t really need to log what you take. The game already automatically records all bank tranactions, and those transactions are viewable to everyone.You are already at the top rank for the fleet (Commander). There are no ‘Captain’ ranks currently. Unfortunately, the game only allows 7 ranks. We would have more ranks if we were allowed to. So that leaves 3 ranks for fleet leadership, and 4 ranks for general membership. We used to have squad leaders, and those individuals were rank ‘Captain’. But due to high turnover, and the relatively small size of the fleet, it turns out to be unnecessary for the time being. So right now, the Captain rank is reserved for fleet store purchases. Since we have limited supplies of gear/ships, the store is open only by appointment. Anyone who wants to buy something like a ship gets promoted to captain for a few minutes to make the purchase, and then gets returned to his previous rank.
And people who are already commander don’t get put on that promotion list. If you look closely at the list, there are no commanders promoted to captain.
