No character in Profile (error?)

I may have entered incorrectly – but my “handle” does appear in my profile.  lunatic#4591

I have only one character – “Lunatic”

However, I see the message below:

No characters found. You must have your STO global handle in your profile for this page to work. Please post in Main Engineering if you think this is an error.

So, I have posted, as requested.  If any assistance is required – let me know.  And, thank you for the invite.

Hi Lunatic,

Characters only show up in your profile after a roster update/sync with the in-game roster. This has to be done with a manual export, which one of the admiralty does once or twice a week.  I checked, and your in-game handle is correctly listed here on the forum. So after the next roster sync, your character should show up in the list.
