Greetings 44th!
Welcome to the 3rd Sunday Supplemental for 7-26-2020. @balthazar has requested a tiny cake in this edition, so for no real reason whatsoever:

Fleet Housekeeping
So, last time I mentioned that Gamma Fleet was unlimited as far as characters / alts. That situation has changed as Gamma is now fast approaching the 500 character limit. I’ve listed the status of the other fleets below as well.
44th Gamma Fleet
476 Total Characters
44th Delta Fleet
415 Total Characters
44th Fleet
344 Total Characters
44th Assault Squadron (KDF)
414 Total Characters
How can you help? Consider moving your active characters from 44th Gamma fleet to the 44th Delta (3 characters max) and the 44th Fleet (2 characters max). Obviously, this will only ever be a temporary solution, so a brand new shiny 44th (Insert Name) Fleet is likely in our future.
For now any members Commander and above who do not have a character in the Main Fleet are encouraged to bring up to two of your most played characters over. This will certainly help the fleet out as far as roster space. Besides, if you have been with the 44th Fleet long enough (6 Weeks) to achieve the rank of Commander, you’ve earned a spot in the Main 44th Fleet.
Right, enough housekeeping for now.

The fleet poll for the meme ship contest will commence on the 31st of July at 9pm UTC and will run through to the 7th of August at 9pm UTC upon which a winner will be decided. Check out the link for full details!
We have another fleet event in the planning stages. It is a “small” event we have done before, so stay tuned for more info.

The Dilithium Ore event runs from 8AM PT Thursday, July 23rd to 10AM PT Monday, July 27th. So there is still time to take advantage of more dilithium.

Remember that moving your alts from Gamma/Delta to ’44th main” is just an administrative move – all your characters will still have the same rank, same priviliges and same access to fleet stores, and enjoy the same bonuses.
Just ask an admin in-game to move your alts and fix their rank; only takes a minute.

Good brief big shark.
One reason I can think of why players aren’t bringing over their actives from gamma to delta or main is that gamma is a less developed fleet, so more opportunities to contribute to fleet and get fleet creds.
To all these players, I’d like to point out that you can contribute to any fleet in the armada and get FC. Not only the three 44th fleets, but also to all the other fleets in the armada.
Being in a fleet that has all holdings upgraded to maximum also has the advantage that all ships, items etc. are easily available.
The longest journey is the discovery of oneself
My character, I believe, is a Commander in the 44th Delta Fleet. If it helps housekeeping any, I am willing to move that character wherever is most useful for the fleet. I’ll ask around in 44th chat whenever I am next online for more than a short period of time.
On a related note, I do have one alt character I’d like to add to the fleet at some point (Fed Rom). Maybe that can be accomplished at the same time.
