- Why join the Mighty 44th? Been a member of STO since beta, wanted to find another game my son and I could play after the COH shutdown. He has stopped playing and there is no way I can level up a fleet for the Tactical – Vulnerability Locator by myself.
I’m a very casual player, play more in the winter months.

Hello Mike,
Thanks for applying to the mighty 44th. You should receive your in-game invite next time you log in.
Join our 44th chat channel “44th-diplo” by typing the following into the chat window: /channel_join 44th-diplo.
This is used to communicate with our 44th Fleet, 44th Delta Fleet and our 44th Assault Squadron (KDF) – we don’t use the in-game fleet channel. We are three fleets acting as one.
As a new 44th Fleet Ensign you will be stationed for 2 weeks in the 44th Delta Fleet, (KDF’s go directly to our 44th Assault Sqn). For a promotion to Lieutenant and fleet store unlock you just need to meet 2 requirements:
1) Must have either logged into the game or posted on our 44th forum at least once during the review period of 2 weeks (which starts today);
2) Must be in good standing with the fleet.Full access to the 44th forum has now been unlocked, feel free to look around. Please bookmark this forum to keep up with Fleet news, and see the recent January State of the Fleet to catch up.
We use Discord for voice and we are also on twitter.
As a mature, no-drama fleet the 44th caters to casual and hard-core players, so I’m sure you’ll fit right in.

I am not in a fleet but I did initiate a character rename yesterday. Tested email prior to sending you the address: Kyzer Axton@Major_Doom (note the under bar).
Joined the 44th-diplo and posted: “Kyzer Axton@Major_Doom: Hello – My application was accepted but I did not see a fleet invite. Anyone online that can assist me?”
No reply.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Odd, will re-send the invite at this writing. You’ll be ‘stationed’ in Delta Fleet, but as stated elsewhere that’s just because we have room there. You have access to all major fleet holdings in both Delta Fleet and Main fleet – we’re 3 fleets acting as one. If the Delta fleet roster looks empty, check out the main fleet roster under the Armada tab; Diplo-channel is where everyone hangs out.
You can always reach an admin either on this forum or on our Discord voice server. Note that Discord is an extra service and no requirement; you can just hang out there and listen/type.

Raised a gm ticket on the issue.

Ask again in 44th-diplo, there’s always someone online in-game there, or ask (text) for an admin via our Discord server – the web client is easy and light. Look at the top of this page under Resources and the Discord link will take you there (and you’ll get an extra forum ribbon for just signing up) 🙂
