From what I read, migration from joomla 1.5 to joomla 3 doesn’t require any actual coding but playing with databases, backups, moving things, extension. So someone with Joomla migration experience would be perfect.

I would add something like the following to make clear it is not sale of in-game items:
“If you make a website paypal donation of say 3 dollars/euros you receive 3 or 4 lockbox keys as a “thank you” gift for helping the website.Intrepid, thanks for everything! You have done a lot for 44th Fleet. 🙂
I have an idea:
Lets say someone donates 1$ via Paypal, which is equivalent to 100 Zen. If we translate it to price of 1 key, we could get EC amount of that donation. Fleet bank money could be used as “thank you” gift for the donation. It doesn’t have to be 1$ = ~1 key, we could have different conversion rate or different rewards. I think we could get monthly amount of $ needed with the support of fleet members. This would not be advertised in-game or on public part of forum so that it doesn’t turns out as selling of in-game items which is against game rules.
Intrepid, would we have to pay 150$ at the start of the billing cycle or you payed it monthly?
Updating both joomla and forum is priority if you ask me, I feel like our mail address and other private info are on open plate this way (5-6 years without any security updates).

(This was changed during a recent tribble patch)It just didn’t make sense for Cruiser (Dread) to have only 2 Engineering console slots.
Is anyone playing Arc Quest to get ArcPoints? It took me 3 months to get 15000 points, which is 1500 Zen. It is slow but it takes just few clicks which is ok for me.
I have 5 characters and go for dilithium through gameplay on my main, while 3 kdf alts are supplied with contraband dil they get themself. Some of that contraband goes to my main character.
Contraband can also be sold for EC, which is also good option.
Tried similar thing with first Xindi lockbox. 50 keys spent without getting a useful item so it was last time I went onto spending spree with Zen. Now I try to use EC to get items I need.
Yeah, we had website down for a month last November due to hacker attack. Site was restored, but we will inform the Intrepid about this report, thanks for posting it here.
A lot of fleet credits can be earned on the 44th Delta Fleet Dil Mine project. It can be accessed via Armada tab for those at main fed fleet.

It seems like Eternal and Ouroboros will be available to all factions.
T6 temporal ships will be able to use lower tier variant skin (Nautilus can have Daedelus skin, for example).
Lhivera, maybe GTX 750 or GTX 750 Ti (65W), both have listed 300W as minimum system power requirement, as you can see >>here<<. It is really power efficient, but I don’t know how it works under 300W PSU.

I have >>this<< GTX 950, bought it last year to replace the old ati hd 5570. I can have all settings on maximum when playing STO (1280×1024 screen resolution). GTA 5 could have most of the settings on Very High, but some shiny settings needed to be toned down. Very satisfied with the performance.

Buy the embassy Plasma Explosion console with threat decrease (Nullifier) if you are not tanking and having problems with surviving. You can also add Engineering Team I if you need more healing BOff powers. Other than that, Distribute Shield Power is useful if one of your shield sides are down so it will balance your remaining shield across facings (Tactical Team also do this when activated).
Spire Warp Core you mentioned is good, but I’m using Iconian Warp Core as it has “Hot restart: Automatically removes weapons disabled conditions after 1 second.” and option to benefit from set bonuses when adding other Iconian se pieces. But go for Fleet with AMP if you don’t want to invest into reputation set as it may be expensive until you grind for it.

From tribble patch notes:
•Resolved an issue which was blocking Fleet invites if the Fleet had more than 100 members.
•The Fleet is once again capped at 500 members.I think it will be ready for Holodeck this week so you will be able to get the invite.
We have Mumble server, but I’m not sure if it is used much. We are active on fleet chat channel Marcase mentioned and here on forum. Marcase or Jalif will know more about Mumble.
