Ship XP Changes Don't Panic Captain Mainwaring

Apparently cryptic have stealth changed the way you get ship xp, you now get it in one big lump at the end instead of after each kill, see this post on forums, https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline/#/discussion/1249938/psa-unannounced-ship-xp-changes-no-need-to-panic nice of cryptic to mention it in patch notes/forum/news.

Good to know, hopefully they rework and return the xp on kill, with less impact on the game performance. As Stone noticed in game today while leveling ship in Argala, this makes the starship mastery bar to appear as if it didn’t progressed at all. He gained ship xp after leaving the map.

That’s good info – getting the xp after leaving the map and not necessarily having to complete the mission. *thumbs up*
