Outgoing & incoming healing

I just saw this on sto forum – clarification on what counts as incoming and outgoing healing. Outgoing to self is what I was missing from the whole picture.

Some examples, outgoing healing related:
* Trait: Shield Frequency Analyst
* Trait: Imposing Presence
* Trait: Inelastic Collisions
* Skill: Shield Restoration

Some examples, incoming healing related:
* Invincible – starship trait from Zahl Heavy Cruiser
* Some passives from Strategist specialization (Logistical Support, Show of Force)
* Built in mod on various space shiels like Quantum Phase Resilient Shield Array, Kobali Regenerative Shield Array, Sol Defense Covariant Shield Array (+10% Incoming Hull Healing to Self). I think this is shield [Amp] mod.
