okay these may not be a secret, but I thought I would start this thread to help new and older players keep their game sharp.
2 things I really like:
1st, the Romulus distress call – mogai escort; from the romulan rep system. you can only use it once per mission with a 15 minute cooldown, but it is like having an extra ship for 60 seconds and it is very well armed. you get 10 with the major cost being I think 1,400 dilithium. you can also get 2 other types of ships at a different cost, but I prefer the mogai.
2nd, the breen transphasic cluster torpedo. this thing is awesome and if you upgrade it, any ship it finds is toast….very burnt toast. from the breen episode “out in the cold”. I use it aft to deliver a great parting gift to the enemy. if you have not tried this weapon check it out.

The Nebula is OP, so is the Dauntless.

Generally I tell whoever asks, and sometimes the empty chat box, anything I know.
Some of my collected wisdom:
– Blue doffs are almost always just as good as their purple counterparts at a fraction of the cost.
– Reciprocity (from the Phantom) and AHOD (from the Presidio) put together is godmode.
– Never, ever use the Mannheim Device Console.
– Teamwork is OP.
– Make a Gorn toon, buy the Formal Wear outfit, enjoy.
– The best build testing location is still Ker’rat; if you can survive there, you can survive anywhere.
– Make a troll boat once in a while: All turrets/rainbow boat, every clicky console possible, one of every random power. Take into any STF you’d like, enjoy.
– Assimilated Space Set 2 piece is still the gold standard of space equipment.
– [Acc] has pretty much become as worthless as [Dmg].
– It’s still super easy to generate EC and Dilithium without a ton of grind.There’s probably a lot more… but that’s enough for now.

Doff missions that take 12h to complete as they reward highest amount of xp. Feds can find them in Solanae dyson sphere and Delta sectors, while Kdf in addition to that have Eta Eridani (for famous Suppress Gorn Uprising), Qo’nos First City and system space and few more that can be find across sectors in tacticat department head tab. I’ll update this post with more details once i find a connection on my laptop.
Defera ground Hard missions. Fastest way to get 240 fleet marks once a day. Those missions are now buffed with XP and BNPs so it is even more rewarding than before.
Not really secrets, just some usefull tips.
The place to be still is Eta Eridani – Fed K-7 and KDF Ganalda are the best operating bases to park your alts with all amenities handy and easy access to our fleet facilities and some easy missions (Shmar, Traelus, Alhena and Kerrat) to test builds etc. Commodity space traders are a stone’s throw away too.
Space Traders are a good and easy way to get cheap commodities, there are some ‘anchored’ ones that don’t move around near Donia in (south) Sirius and Dace in Regulus, just across the EE border.
This just from the top of my head hammering on my mobile, there are still a lot of other secrets and tips 😆
"Boldly bashing Borg to bits since 2012..."Just learned one from Brimur. You can drag item from your inventory to Exchange search space – helps when you want to search all items with same name.
And another one I learned few months ago. If you press CTRL button when deleting item from your inventory, you can avoid that pop-up window that asks you to confirm it.
Just got this tip from Tbwsto: If you get to the Alpha quadrant, just change instance and you are close to DS9. Also works in Beta quadrant to get up next to ESD (works everywhere but Romulan territory in Beta quadrant).

Oh yes! This is indeed a great weapon I’ve been using a lot while I was flying my Galor class cruiser. And I also put it aft to avoid getting damage from AoE.
Now I don’t know is this really a secret but I’m going to write it anyway: When you take some of the daily missions and skip playing it for a day, next time you can play it two times in the row. Very useful if you need dilithium or xp fast

Yeah, I use that trick for Rescue Deferi Captives (Daily) since it can be completed quickly and mining with vip claims so I can run it 2x on the start of dilithium bonus weekend.
