- Why join the Mighty 44th? Massive Trek (and scifi) fan, newish to playing STO seriously but no stranger to MMORGs. I like that the 44th has some fleet options (I’m into temporal rp atm) and seems open to casual but active players (I got WAY too into Eve Online once upon a time and while I want to enjoy a community my priorities are elsewhere). Plus, SO many 44th folks reached out in my first few noob weeks, I got the sense you’re a good group of folks 😊
