Hello to all :). I’m generally a sci-fi fan, and especially a fan of Star Trek (and Stargate SG-1). I’ve been playing computer games from early childhood, but in recent years not so much. I’ve started playing STO since it went F2P. I have however stopped playing sometime in 2013., and started playing again only recently (something over a month I guess) and got to level 60 and got the new gear and upgraded to mk XIV etc :). I joined a fleet which my RL friend was a member of for quite some time now, but I decided to leave as they still were quite far from getting the holdings needed to buy Elite Fleet space shields and the fleet version of the Heavy Escort Carrier which i’m using as my main ship. And also I’ve noticed that I was one of the few people there who contributed so it really would take probably many more months to get there.

Why did you choose the Mighty 44th:
I chose the Mighty 44th because, from what I’ve read in your rules you are a fleet suitable for a casual player like myself, but also because you have the holdings that will enable me to get all the equipment I still want to get for my ship. Furthermore, you seem to have a pretty decent number of members, so I’m hoping that I will be able to get some help with equipping my ship and my boff abilities…
Also your basic rules are very similar to my views 🙂

This is used to communicate with our 44th Fleet, 44th Strategic Logistics Division and our 44th Assault Squadron (KDF) – we don’t use the game provided fleet channel.

As a new Ensign you will be stationed for 4 weeks in the 44th Strategic Logistics Division.
You are still a part of and are still be able to communicate with the main fleet and the KDF via the mentioned 44th-diplo channel.

To get promoted to Lieutenant and transferred to the main 44th Fleet – and its access to the various Fleet stores and facilities – you must meet 3 requirements.

1) Must have either logged into the game or posted on our 44th forum at least once during the review period of 1 month (which starts today);

2) Have an in-game leaderboard donation score of 50,000 fleet credits minimum (either by one, or by your total alts combined);

3) Must be in good standing with the fleet.

Full access to the 44th forum has now been unlocked.
