My main toon is a TOS character with a TOS era ship. I dock regularly at K-13. Being able to be in a TOS era environment makes STO especially enjoyable to me.
I think it would be interesting to get together with other fleet members who have TOS or Discovery characters and ships to do some of the TOS and Discovery themed TFO’s together. It would be awesome to see a collection of 23rd Century starships on a mission together!
If there is any interest, maybe we can build up a 23rd Century Squadron to get together from time to time.

I am in Gamma Fleet. I see there is an Events tab on the Fleet tab on the game screen. I will try to set up something there. Never done this before. I am also not sure if it is visible to just Gamma Fleet or all of the 44th.

You won’t be able to set things up there. But… that is something I can do (and is part of my job description actually)! Let me know when you’d like to set this up for, and what you’d like to do, and I’ll get it done in all the fleets. 🙂

Coming back to this post after awhile. Maybe 23c too restrictive a theme.
Maybe just getting together at a certain time slot and running TFO’s as fleet members would be a good gathering event.
This upcoming Saturday May 9, I will put out a call around 11am UTC (7am EST) on the 44-diplo chat channel and repeat every 30 minutes until 1pm UTC. We will run TFO’s together with whoever is interested. If we can get 10 people over the time period, maybe a 5 versus 5 PvP match. A 44th (FED) versus 44th Assault (Klingon) PvP would be something fun to do.

I have a few toons that are 23c that I would love to do TFOs with I also have one themed for the TOS movie era. JUst let me know when I am on in game.

I’ve been calling out for TFOs now that I’m able to play some more; the only thing I can suggest is to keep your 44th-diplo channel open and just call out for TFOs – there is A LOT to do in STO (episodes, leveling, farming) but also the various timezone have always been the proverbial wrench in the warpcore.
In the past 44th 23c events always centered around re-playing the TOS-heavy episodes and/or TFOs in full ship and attire and hanging around our K-13 fleet base.
And with Attire I mean mini-skirts 🙂I’m sure we can set something up, there’s always interest for themed events.

I would like to run a TOS themed event, it just a matter of how and when. I have some ideas. Maybe it is just set a date and time in advance and post it, and go with whoever shows up.
K-13 is my go to place. I love the TOS atmosphere there! I dock my starship at the end of activities there every day and do most of my banking/exchange activities there. I also make plan on all the good stuff there I want to buy if I can get just enough fleet marks converted to fleet credits.
