Trait: Streak Breaker (Very funny, Cryptic): While Streak Breaker is slotted, you will gain a Streak Breaker Counter each time you miss an enemy. After receiving 5 Streak Breaker Counters, you’ll gain the Streak Breaker Buff which will provide a boost to Accuracy, Critical Hit Chance and Defense for a short time. Once you gain the Streak Breaker Buff, you will be locked out from building any Streak Breaker Counters for awhile.Specialization: Strategist (new)
While the Strategist specialization is active, you will gain a 5% increase to your Maximum Shield Capacity.
This bonus increases by a small amount for each point spent in the Specialization.
(You must have at least 1 point spent in this Specialization to gain this bonus.)Starship Trait: Brace for Impact grants damage bonus to self.
T1 – Show Force – Increased critical severity for each foe within 7KM (10 stacks max). This bonus is increased if Threatening Stance is active
T1 – Unconventional Tactics – While *Threatening Stance* is active, gain a bonus to Drain Expertise. While Threatening Stance is inactive, gain bonus to Control Expertise.
T1 – Logistical Support – While not in Threatening Stance, increased critical chance for a short time after an incoming hull heal. While in Threatening Stance, Gain 5% of incoming hull heal as temporary hitpoints
T1 – Counter Offensive – Reflects 150% of incoming energy damage back to the target once every 15 seconds (50% shield penetrationT2 – Attrition Warfare – While not in Threatening Stance, increased shield regeneration every few seconds. While not in Threatening Stance, heals reduce Bridge officer recharge times.
T2 – Layered Defence – Immunity to Torpedo damage per minute
T2 – Diversionary Tactics – Non-Threatening: Placate foes within 10km and reduce threat by -33%. While in threatening, Taunt foes within 10km T2 – Maneuver Warfare – Non-Threat: 1.5% Bonus all damage to affected foes for 10 seconds. (Max 5 foes). While in Threatening, Heal 2.5% of your Max Hull per affected foe over 10 seconds (Max 5)This is the only data that exists so far for strategist. This may launch after season 11.5

Threat Control is new skill that is going to replace Starship Threat Control with the revamped skill tree with 11.5 update. It will give +100% Threat during Threatening Stance, -100% Threat outside of Threatening Stance. So if I understood it right, you will have Threatening Stance off as default, but you can turn it on if you decide so.
Strategist spec here is giving some amazing passive powers to Threatening Stance. Of course, that would mean some of currently activated primary/secondary specializations would need to be replaced but it could be nice alternative.

Interesting that there are two new Ferengi ships. Summer event and promotion, perhaps? Only one console is listed. Wonder if it can be fitted with the old D’Kora console, or if it’s a replacement.
