Iconian tech locations for Rom Delta recruit?

Hi guys,

I am a bit behind (by a few years) on things like the delta recruits but I saw the Temporal Negotiator mentioned a couple of times recently and when I looked it up I saw that it was “available to all characters on an account which has had at least one Delta Recruit gather all pieces of Iconian technology located throughout the game as part of the event.”  So I thought I would try collecting them. My Delta recruit is Romulan and only lvl 10 but I got the first Iconian tech piece in the mission Crossroads At Crateris and I am wondering now how many more I need to collect and where they are to get the https://sto.gamepedia.com/Temporal_Negotiator

check your delta recruit’s inventory for one of these

double clicking on it will bring up all your special delta recruit missions.
