    You are both more than welcome, FYI from what they are saying on Reddit, the BOff is one per account not all your KDF Captains can have it.

    I am at work so I hope the BOff is a good one. I will not be able to see until about 1430.

    Haha. I claimed my freebie before the servers went down and checked after the servers were back up.  I never received the prize but my account shows the key as redeemed.  Of course.

    Anyway I opened a support ticket with ARC.  Hopefully they will sort it out.

    Did you check the promotions tab in the cstore? I redeemed the key and they showed up there, both ship as well as boff.

    Now why couldn’t ARC tech support tell me that instead of asking me to track down all of this trace info which they should have in the first place. They leave a lot to …
