We were little short on fleet projects as we waited for big holding upgrades to be completed, if you need more projects in order to get fleet credits, you can ask Marcase to open it for you.
Seems you cannot equip more than one of those items so it won’t make you change all your fleet gear. It is just nice addition as we can make new interesting build combinations.
I wonder if we can get Beam:Overload proc when crafting Omni-Directional Beam. Need more info.
I’ll also craft only on my main.
Nice thing we will get our old Aegis set automatically upgraded to Purple XII version. I’ll still go for Ultraviolet version.
I’m very interested into this console. My main is sci captain and this one will fit in nicely to his build.

When you finish T5 reputation, you can only use it to sponsor your other characters on the account. You can’t send it to other fleet members or sell it on the exchange. (:
I just checked fleet rules about using the fleet EC:
3) Special events, contests, or other fleet needs. Fleet EC may be used to obtain items for fleet events or contests. Or it may be used to buy things that would benefit the fleet as a whole.
This is the link where one of the devs say that there will be some kind of bonus for players that maxed old crafting system.

Hey Joeshabadoo, members of 44th Fleet on Fed side have their alt characters on Kdf side (and vice versa). So it is the same fleet with different name. We have shared chat channel where members of both fleets can communicate.
But sorry for the confusion, as Fatman said, everything that is written counts for 44th ASQ. If you have any question, let us know.
We are waiting for our fleet Admiral to come online so he can invite you to the fleet.

The whole system sounds better than my first impression was. I was concerned because crafting is based on chances but Al Rivera said it is made that way so the ones with no crafting skills won’t be able to craft items of higher value. Later when we combine high crafting skill (lvl.15 or higher), appropriate doffs and boosters, we would regularly craft desired type/quality of item.
About exploration sector accolades, I think it was mentioned somewhere (not sure if it is in this episode or on the forum by devs) that they are thinking of making it possible to complete those accolades in some other way.
Did I heard something about crafting ships in future? Marcase, can you remember that line? He mentioned something but I could have heard wrong.
I like the fact that we would be able to increase the quality of our current gear when they bring upgrades to crafting system.
Also, all crafted gear can be sold on exchange or traded between players.
In new Priority One podcast, Al Rivera is talking about new crafting system. Some interesting information mentioned there. Things got more clear.

When you open the Social window (default key is “O”), at the bottom right you can see the “Privacy” tab.. When you open it, check if invites to the fleet have been enabled (“Yes” should be set under “Allow fleet invitations”).
Not sure if that is the problem but we will see.

I heard they will put nebulas (like Hromi or Arucanus Arm currently) somewhere where you could previously access the sector map of each exploration zone. So when you go to the position of those nebulas, you will have option of new duty officer missions – doff chain assignments would be there too.
It was confirmed in one of the Dev comments that Tuffli and Suliban Cell ship will have transwarp location to each nebula (that is located in main sector maps) instead of current transwarp locations.
I wonder what will happen to Aegis, I crafted that one already but would like to know if they will remove it or update it with warp/singularity core as part of the set. It has infinity quality so it gets better only with level increase. So only chance we can get it competitive again is if we get level increase to lvl.60. I think they shouldn’t remove it – it was only unique craftable item so they should work on getting it better.
About samples and traces..I would like to know if it is better to farm them before 9.5 update.I’m thinking of doing it but I’m not sure how more or less hard it will be to get them. I hope conversion isn’t one at a time – that would be real pain.
I never tried Hive(ground) so I would be interested in joining you. Can’t give any advice so I’ll check those links.

Scheduling/time-zones would be a problem to coordinate those events. It would be great to know what type of fleet events members are interested. For example, who is interested in PvP, Role-Playing, Foundry, etc.
Idea about rewards for PvP tournament is great. I noticed we have a lot in our bank so we could use it for some kind of rewards.. What others think about this?
Ker’rat raiding party is also good idea, we could make it like weekend event so more members would participate. That is game-play I never try, I went there alone few times but doing it in team would be much better.
PvE day wouldn’t be that attractive – true, we are already doing it daily.
I think if we organize a little, we would be able to make it happen.
