Thanks for the welcome! i’m back in the fleet 🙂
The game feels a little alien to me, some new mechanics that i’ve no idea about. Also i’ve a feeling that the ship builds that I had will be a bit useless these days. Fear I may need to pester you all to figure out a decent build again!

it “should” play ok. Whenever i’m visiting another site with work I log in from the hotel and it seems to run ok.

No, they have clearly stated leveling is from 1-50.
No worries 🙂 I quite enjoyed working up the ranks, it doesn’t take too long and at least everyone will kind of be in the same boat (you Vets will still know your way around the game better than the rest of us)
I’m keen to get stuck into STF’s, want to get my experience in it up so I can finish by defiant build. Also love blowing up borg, they used to freak me out when they were first introduced.
I use TeamSpeak but only on a Friday and sometimes on a Saturday (my other half isn’t in and she gives me strange looks otherwise 🙂 )
If anyone sees me online i’ll pretty much always be game for a STF, just send me a message and i’ll be there.
Do we think that the Romulan characters will be like the KDF where you start at a certain level aready?
Looks like it could be good. I’m looking at this all from a new players point of view. I’ll be saving some of the C-Store points I was planning on spending to see what I can get with them as a Romulan.
Short term though it doesn’t change too much, i’ve got a month to hammer it as my Fed Engineer as come the 31st i’m not sure how much play time he’ll be getting. Also getting a Gold account seems like it was much more worth while now as I can imagine that there may be the odd queue come June!
