Ship hologram in Shipyard of ESD?

Hey guys,

Probably a dumb question but…

I bought the Lifetime Sub yesterday and am trying to claim the Faction EV Suit reward.  The FAQ states to interact with the Ship Hologram in the shipyard of Earth Space Dock…  but I’m not seeing one.  Am I just blind or is the FAQ perhaps using old info?

There is a console in near Admiral Quinn’s office where you can claim some of the lifetime rewards.
