Sorry to be “Uncle Dad-Guy” here, but it seems like some of our newer captains have been putting loot-grade tribbles in the Fleet Bank, perhaps in trade for other items.
Please don’t do this.
It takes up very valuable Fleet Bank space with “junk” items and, as in the Star Trek shows, tribbles breed (multiply) in this game when exposed to in-game food, taking up even more premium Fleet Bank space.
We try to keep a few Cannibal Tribbles in the Fleet Bank to devour any other tribbles which appear, but eventually, these tend to get nicked by player-captains who want them for their own inventory spaces. This isn’t technically wrong, as it is an open-trade Fleet Bank, but it can mean tribble infestations in the Fleet Bank.
Not looking for any confessions or apologies — nobody’s going to come to your house and use Klingon Pain Sticks on your sensitive bits — merely asking people to keep the tribbles out of the Fleet Bank. Thanks!

Oh lord, I just started playing this game after a decade or so and had no idea they would breed in my inventory. That is a good thing to know haha.
Made my first visit to the fleet bank today, and found 2 tribbles in the Armor section. Even worse, there was a bowl of Bajoran Hasperat and some Feline Supplement 74 with them. [screenshot attached]
As a new fleet member I only get 1 withdrawal from the bank, so I withdrew one of the tribbles and shoved it out the airlock (sorry, gotta protect my tulaberry.) It would be great if someone else could nail the other one.
As a budding Vulcan intelligence specialist, I suspect the combining of tribbles and food is not an accident, particularly since Feline 74 can be replicated aboard any ship. There’s no logical reason to store it in the armor section of the fleet bank. Frankly, this is suspicious for sabotage – within the fleet!
I would propose that we not only bar tribbles from the fleet bank, but also food items from the non-consumable areas of the bank. If there is someone who is truly desperate for Feline 74, I am sure that there are plenty in the fleet who can email them some (my sehlat doesn’t like #74.)

OK, I exterminated the remaining tribble in the armor section. Fortuitously received a cannibal tribble yesterday. If we need it for fleet duty PM me. At the moment, it doesn’t appear that we need it just yet.
