Well… The name of his fleet looks like a complete gibberish in english but from russian point of view(yep, i’m russian) it is unofficial name of Soviet Union used in my country and maybe several others. Whoever created that fleet used caps lock so that english leters would look like russianr

I’ve met ship named USS R once but it beloged to some different fleet

I bet most of theese players are russian but who knows
