I vouche STRONGLY for Ganellon, hence why I already invited him, and informed him to fill out an app. He was in FedCouncil with myself and a few others and contributed HEAVILY to the fleet, and worked hard to keep it afloat, however the downslide could not be stopped and he has been left afloat on the ocean
