Back years ago it was fighting the Borg. Everything I did in game was in direction of killing Borg. Now, it is the ships and their designs.

In between some of the events like Hoverboard race and Artifact Hunting I’d build sandcastles or explore Risa itself. I did most of my hard grinding through all the events at the start to get the high end Hoverboard and Floater but after that I mainly did the races and the Horga‘hn Hunt when I wanted a new bird egg to hatch. The Favors I got after the hoverboard and floater went towards bathing suits. I just wish I had completed the part of the event for the ship.

You don’t see Federation Captain’s and their crew sporting around the galaxy in a Romulan Warbird … better chance of seeing them in a Klingon ship than anything Romulan. I just feel like its taking away from the actual Star Trek feel if you start seeing Federation (Romulan) ships. Its kinda part of the reason I quit a couple years ago, every time I would log on and looking around at all the ships reminded me of Babylon 5.

And until the past month I had quit playing for a couple years. The reason I had quit was because every time I would log onto the game and look around at all the ships near me it looked like Babylon 5. I even tried changing where I would hang out and it was the same. Earth Spacedock looked so odd … all those odd ships hovering around a few starbase/shipyards that looked like Federation. I felt like Star Trek had gotten lost in all the multitude of non-Federation ships. I attempted to log back on during those years I was away and some things were looking familiar again. But now I am back, not that I was anyone special to be worried about being gone. But I do appreciate not being kicked from the fleet while I was away. Upon my return to this game and to this fleet that I am grateful to be apart of I started a new character. A Starfleet Engineer. I just recently reached Admiral rank on him and was wondering how I could go about joining the 44th with him. Do I need to do an application for that character? Are there rules about alternate characters? I admit I should go refresh myself on the rules for the fleet. I will do that while I await a reply.
