Really should go considering its only like up the road from me and I can take a short train trip to avoid paying to park at the NEC, have seen some reviews about the last Startrek Shows held there and they were less than flattering, 3-4 hr queues to try to get into anything, all items way way over prices, lots of over priced cheap tat, every panel/guest meeting/event is extra charge, walk around in 45 min and you done etc.
Looking at the floor plan does seems to show there is not a huge amount there.
