Trek history – Mainly prefer TNG DS9 VOY but i watched all others and enjoy anything trek.
Game History – I played during release of sto and left for a while, now I’m back to see the new content to started a new toon.
Was into WOW for a few years and played the elder scrolls online, i was very interested to see what the sto community would be like in comparison. I’m a PC and Console Gamer.

Join our 44th chat channel “44th-diplo” by typing the following into the chat window: /channel_join 44th-diplo

This is used to communicate with our 44th Fleet, 44th Delta Fleet and our 44th Assault Squadron (KDF) – we don’t use the game provided fleet channel.

As a new Federation Ensign you will be stationed for 2 weeks in the 44th Delta Fleet, (KDF’s go directly to our 44th Assault Sqn).
After your promotion to Lieutenant you have the option to be transferred to the main 44th Fleet, or ask for unrestricted access to all unlocked Tier 3 and 5 stores.

For a promotion to Lieutenant you just need to meet 2 requirements:

1) Must have either logged into the game or posted on our 44th forum at least once during the review period of 2 weeks (which starts today);

2) Must be in good standing with the fleet.

Full access to the 44th forum has now been unlocked.

Haven’t played WoW or ESO so don’t know how their communities compare to STO, but I’m guessing there are similarities with all mmo-s. Hope you will like 44th so enjoy your time here. Private part of our forum is unlocked so have a look when you’ll have time.

I am new here also and all I can say is this game has sooooo many things that are not explained well the only way to enjoy it is to ask lots of noob questions.

The fleet has been very helpful to me, in The forums and in game. Many folks have spent a lot of time explaining things to me. So if you start to get frustrated, start asking questions. Someone will take the time to explain and help you enjoy the game.
