    To the 44th:
    I am having to reinstall due to attempting to use Arc. (a super fiasco for a different post)
    But in the process, I finally found the “Disable On Demand Patching” which is in the Launcher Options and downloads the entire game. So, besides listening to whatever Blackout says about builds and PvE, my tip is TURN THAT ON. If your ISP isn’t super quick, will make the game much better.

    Please post your own tip, and perhaps we can put them all together and make a sticky or something simlar.
