I played STO at launch for a while. Got back to it recently. A lot of new features. Looking to get back in to the game on a casual level and have some fun while doing so. Always been a Star Trek fan though I feel the last Star Trek content on TV/Cinema was Enterprise. - Do you accept the rules and regulations? Yes

Btw how is the ticket response time?
Since my character was from years ago I decided to get some energy credits to build a proper ship/crew. Fun story, bought 10X master keys that sold immediately for 10.900.000 each for a grand total of less than 15.000.000!
Did not know about the cap and the game deleted over 90 mil… Made a ticket about it. Any chance they will revert this?

Ouch, let us know how this resolves. You are not the first one that got burned by their bad design of the exchange system. Fingers crossed.
