Jim appears to already be in a fleet. The 44th doesn’t allow multifleeting. Please leave his fleet and let us know so he can be invited to the 44th.
If you’re reluctant to do so, we can offer you your 2 week trial period. If, by the end of that 2 weeks you decide you want to be “all in” with the 44th, then awesome! We’d be happy to have you! If you still haven’t moved Jim by that point, we’ll wish you all the best and part ways.
