Fixed: Missing replies from old board

Replies were not correctly connected to their new topics during the forum import.  I’m working on a DB patch to fix this.

Edit: I believe that this has now been fixed for the vast majority of topics and replies. It’s possible that some replies were not fixed in this process, as it required matching each post back to the old forum database and some of the content was transformed in the import process (eg, to convert bbcodes to html). Let me know on this thread if you think that a topic is missing its replies, and I’ll investigate.
