Please check that these toons’ names are spelled correctly and that you have logged in to each. Let us know once this is done and we’ll send out the invites for these toons.

I ran into an error trying to invite your toon Berian Lowe@blowe#07621. Could you double check the spelling and log in on that toon to make sure that STO has it right too? STO has issues sometimes with toons if they haven’t been used in a while.

Hi Abraham,

What is your handle in STO? Without that we cannot invite your toons to the fleet.

If you’re not sure what your handle is, the easiest way is to send a message in-game and it is the part from the @ symbol including any numbers. So, for example, if you have an older account your handle may look like @something. If you account is newer, then you handle may look like @something#1234
