It’s true, the system runs on SSD better than any of my previous set. But I’ll just use the SSD for the windows only, won’t set any games up in that disk because of that reason you mentioned: once you get one you won’t want to go back.
I’m reading stuff about the processor Xeon now … it has its good comments though

Yes I think i5 would be my gig since it’s no need for i7 for gaming said here https://www.bit-tech.net/news/tech/graphics/core-i7-waste-of-money-says-nvidia/1/
I’ve already made the purchase for the $700 set here https://thegreatsetup.com/builds/ . It has GTX1060, which I like, plugged in with i5-7400 processor. On that list, I just only got a 1TB HDD and 128GB SSD instead of just 2TB HDD.
Thanks 😉

This is a $700 GTX1060 build I’m considering I might use as a base build for a friend.
Thanks, that’s informative. I’m aiming for this $600 set
It plugs in with GTX1060 but just a thing, it goes with i3 core processor. On this site they also have the $700 set that goes with i5-7400, seems better (as I don’t know if it’s good). Would an extra $100 be worth it?
