I recently added a temporal recruit, and my husband invited that character to the fleet, but he is unable to promote me for vendor access. I haven’t been able to see anyone on that is a level above commander in the last few days. My toon name is Navani Kholin@htownpixgurl#1464. She is in the 44th temporal vanguard fleet.
