It has a few seconds of extra footage, for those who may be interested.
Also, the whole notion that the film is a “Wrath of Khan” reboot was apparently a clever smokescreen (which fooled me, I admit). Reportedly, the main villain is none other than Kirk’s old friend, Gary Mitchell.
