See if any of you can figure this out. Someone sent these to me and i’ve been trying to figure them out and solve them;

I have to figure this out in order to get the real coordinates to this geocache.
The GPS coordinates look like this set-up: N 27 42.700 W 080 27.456

Here is the puzzle:

To solve the puzzle first consider: The KEY… These types of living organisms make up approximately X% (X is a real number) of all living species on the planet earth.

Each successive decoding will yield another encryption.
Continue decoding until you have the exact coordinates of the cache container and log book.

The N and W are probably correct already.
