    I think I understand how the fleet works but just to be clear… the 44th Strategic logistics division is where I will be until until I meet the requirements needed to be bumped up to the main fleet or one of the main fleets

    Correct. It’s just a matter of the logistics in the game it exists at all. We use it to vet new recruits and hold alts. Since the main fleet facilities are complete it also allows recruits a bit easier access to earn the needed fleet marks.
