Hello again
I set everything up with my boffs as Shaw said on the forum (probably same page below this) and saved my UI settings, As someone on the STO official forum said it could work (by saving the boffs and department heads to the UI) and it doesn’t work lol just thought id throw it out there for you guys n gals with the same issue 🙂
